Competition: March 9th
For those interested, there is a ShinnMuKwan Tournament on March 9th at Okemos, MI. This is a WTF competition and we have some students participating in Fighting, Breaking, and Forms.

Holiday Schedule
With everyone taking time off to visit family, please be safe and have a happy holiday. For after you fill up on holiday treats and goodies and think, “wow, I could really use a great workout with the great people at HMAC; I wonder what their schedule is for the holidays”. Well, wonder no longer.
We will be completely closed on:
Monday Dec 24th and Tuesday Dec 25th – Merry Christmas!
Monday Dec 31st and Tuesday Jan 1st — Happy New Year!
We will also have NO MARTIAL ARTS on
Wednesday (2nd) and Thursday (3rd) of January.
ZUMBA and Cardio will STILL BE AVAILABLE on the 2nd and 3rd. So when you have to shed off those lbs, we will be rockin as always!
