We have a dance club environment with dance lights, mirrors, and a fun atmosphere.  Also due to the large class sizes, we put in a large projected screen that displays the image of the instructor as they lead the "PARTY" so that everyone can follow along without an obstructed view.

The Proctor Family 2008The Proctor Family 2008Heritage Martial Arts is composed of a five member family of Mixed Martial Artists who began training in Tae Kwon Do in 1995. The family’s children were raised in a Dojo, which meant they had Grand Parents and Grand Masters as well, to show them the way.
